A confidential marriage license is a legal California marriage license not open to general public inspection. No witness required. Brian is authorized by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to issue this license — without the courthouse visit.

What to bring
Here’s what you need.

Both partners must be present together
•
Valid government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID. Must not be expired.

Full legal names, dates of birth, and places of birth
•
If previously married within the last two years — copy of divorce decree or death certificate
•
Parent names, if required for the application

Foreign-language documents require a certified English translation. All requirements confirmed at booking.
